This is Richard Finlay’s business and personal blog.  I am a filmmaker living in Dublin, Ireland.  My business, Bride & Groom Films, is an award-winning wedding videography studio.  I film weddings and corporate events throughout Ireland.

I have created this blog to stay connected with my clients (past, present and future), so that they can keep up to date with what I’m doing and gain a more in-depth knowledge of what my services entail.  I will be posting sample clips of weddings and other work that I do, and will provide readers with my own point of view on different aspects of the Irish wedding trade, and who knows what else.  Keep checking back regularly, as you might see clips from your own venue and church on these pages.

When couples are planing their big day, they often want to book suppliers based on referrals from others.  I will be promoting and supporting other suppliers on this blog whom I work with regularly at weddings and who I would be more than happy to recommend.

You will note that I’ve called this a “business and personal blog”.  This will make things a lot more interesting for me, and hopefully for you too.  Most things I do in life are filmmaking related, so I’ll never be able to go too off-topic.
